Using TrainingPeaks we offer Training Plans consiting of simple yet scientific sessions which are compatible with the latest online training platforms, smart trainers and cycling head units.

TRAIN WITH A POWER METER

Training Plans with sessions prescribed by power output. Ideal for use with the latest smart trainers and cycling head units.

 TRAIN WITH A HEART RATE MONITOR

In these training plans, all sessions are prescribed by heart rate. Perfect for use with a Bluetooth heart rate monitor and fitness apps.

INTRODUCTION TO BIKE FITNESS TRAINING - 2 WEEK TASTER

Do you want to boost your fitness for cycling? As well as our Personal Coaching Programmes, we offer a series of training plans available to buy on TrainingPeaks. 

We've created this 2 week sample training plan so that you can try a training plan before committing to one of our 6 Week Training Plans.

All of our plans are compatible with the latest online training platforms, smart trainers and cycling head units. This plan includes 3 structured workouts per week plus 2 optional bonus sessions. There is also a handy introduction document with hints and tips for training including understanding your training zones, the importance of rest and recovery as well as nutrition tips too!

6 WEEK BASE FITNESS BOOSTER

Do you want to boost your base fitness for cycling? Improving your base fitness will enable you to ride longer, climb stronger and recover quicker. Developing your base fitness is also essential for progressing your other components of fitness such as FTP, Vo2 Max, Anaerobic Power and Sprints.

All of our plans are compatible with the latest online training platforms, smart trainers and cycling head units. This plan includes 3 structured workouts per week plus 2 optional bonus sessions. There is also a handy introduction document with hints and tips for training including understanding your training zones, the importance of rest and recovery as well as nutrition tips too!

Do you want to boost your cycling Functional Threshold Power? Improving your FTP will enable you to ride faster and flat and on the climbs. You'll feel the benefits in all forms of cycling if you boost your FTP, from mountain biking and cyclocross to road cycling and time trials.
