In addition to this, our Premium and Supreme programmes include a monthly private technical coaching session with your coach, so that you can arrive at your goal confident in your fitness and your skills.

Your coach will review your training files regularly and provide feedback on how your training is progressing

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP ONLINE?
When you have chosen the plan most suitable for you then we can get to work!
Next, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to complete a pre-programme questionnaire and a link to TrainingPeaks to set up your account. Already have a TrainingPeaks account? Then we'll link your coach and take care of your premium subscription.
In you pre-programme questionnaire you can tell your coach about yourself, your commitments, your goals and more. This gives your coach the information to create the optimum training plan, individually tailored to you. Once that's complete your programme will be underway!
WHAT AGES WILL YOU WORK WITH?
We won't work with anyone aged under 15 years of age, and we actively encourage young people to wait until they are aged over 16 before they follow a Personal Coaching Programme.
The upper limit is really up to you! We've coached riders way up into their seventees! As long as you are healthy then there us no problem.
DO I NEED A LOT OF TIME TO TRAIN?
Not necessarily. Remember that we are experts in creating the optimum training programme to fit your lifestyle and your time commitments. We also pride ourselves on working with people to make sure they enjoy the process and reap the rewards. Even with just a few hours per week, you could make some great progress. And remember, if after 30 days it's just not working out, we'll give you your money back.
DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN ATHLETIC LEVEL TO TRAIN WITH WARDELL CYCLE COACHING?

I'D LIKE TO SIGN UP TO A PROGRAMME BUT I AM NOT SURE COACHING IS FOR ME
That's fair. However, if you sign up for a programme you can cancel within 30 days and get your money back. Also, with a monthly rolling contract you can cancel your programme at any time.
DO I NEED A POWER METER/ HEART RATE MONITOR?
You don't need a heart rate monitor or a power meter, but the more data we can capture the more detailed your training can be.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TIME OFF BECAUSE OF AN INJURY?
If you are injured then simply let your coach know. We can pause your programme for 3 months and we can help you speak to the right people to address your injury too.
